  • Spline Sockets

Surely someone here can answer this question (hopefully): Where I can buy on the net or otherwise 3/8 and 1/2 drive spline sockets besides SnapOn which I cannot afford? Google search reveals mostly SnapOn and #5 spline drives from places like Wright. I have head bolts on a compressor that need to be removed without damaging them. Thanks in advance.

Try calling NAPA, if they don't have them in stock they can have them for you the next day.

      Grumpy,

Check with an Industrial supplier in your area they would have a few to choose from. Hope this helps!

Williams Tools, a division of Snapon, but lower priced because of lower polishing but just as good steel may be able to supply, they are usually marketed through Industrial shops, try MSC,on the net, I think I have bought some from them. Paul
