I think I would look for something like this or dirt in the solonoid. If help is available take it to the service shop{ if it is in warranty still- 3 years}.

It turns out that some units got defective outsourced valves. Call Miller or get your dealer/warranty shop to phone Miller with your serial #. They will send new ones to you in 2 days like they did me (and I live in Canada). Make sure you get both replaced. Good luck.
PJ and cunning are both on the ball. I had a similar problem and miller fixed me up in two days aswell. If you feel up to it I would replace it myself. It takes ten minutes and saves a whole lotta down time and gasoline!

Thanks all for the tips! I made the call, got the parts and all is well now. Hats off to Miller for outstanding customer service. I wish more companies would stand behind their products like that.
