DOM (ASTM Type 5) tubing in SoCal ???

Gentlemen,

Can anyone provide me a lead on who stocks and sells small quantities (100 ft. or so at a time) of DOM tubing (1.75 and 1.5 x 0.120 wall) here in Southern Calif.? I called IMS and they only have ERW and 4130. Shipping 20ft sticks from out of state seems like it would be a killer. With all the hot rod guys here, someone must sell the stuff.

Did you try The Chassis Shop in Michigan? You can go to www.chassisshop.com I belive they carry DOM.

I hadn't checked there, but I found several online dealers that carry DOM, but getting full sticks shipped in from out of state gets mighty expensive (length and weight issues). I was hoping to find someone local and load up the several hundred pound into my truck.
