Trailer Plans

Some time ago there was information on here about Trailer Plans that are available in different states, I live in Tennessee and have tried to get onto the Universty of Tennessee/State web site to look at/get copies of these plans, but to no avail, can anyone tell me how to get or where to get plans for trailers.
We have a Custom Aluminum Welding & Fabrication buisness, and I have built a couple of small trailers, but I would like to have some plans to look at so that I will be sure that I am doing them right. I am going to build an Aluminum Gooseneck Trailer for myself or to sell. Any help will be appricated.
