      Trailblazer 280nt with 80 hours starting to hear valves. How difficult are they to adjust??

        The valves are not difficult to adjust at all, you have to remove the rocker cover and use the filler gauge to set the valves at 0.004in.

        Also, please make sure you have a correct amount of oil in the crankcase.
