    You should look into a VPPA unit (Varible Polarity Plasma Arc) I built one for thin and thick aluminum alike. Depending on your weldment joint, keyhole plasma and plasma stabilized tig should be valid options.

    Wow,

    That's pretty thin stuff. I would say your best bet would be a micro-tig unit. These type of units usually get down to .1 amp and some even below that. We do not currently offer anything in the micro area and the lowest amperage our units go to is 1 amp.

    dear sir,
    we are into the bussiness of aluminium coil coating ,based in dubai.presently we are using stitching wire for connecting one coil to other.
    the method we use to connect is we have a dummy g.i coil having a thk.of 0.45 mm and a width of 700 mm and the coating line of a length of 25 mtr .why i a m writing this mail to know whether miller have got any machine where i can use it for tigwelding the aluminium to g.i combination ,.our aluminium thickness varies from 0.40 mm to 0.60 mm .please advise.
