Inert Gas pressure

Your gas setting can varry depending on your enviornment, air movement, inside, outside. I've found that I turn the pressure down to the point where the steel weld starts to get bubbles and then go up a little from there. If it's windy you will need more pressure. It takes me 2 hours round trip to fill a bottle so I try to conserve my gas and all welders and regulators will need a little different settings anyway.

Weld65,
welcome and thanks for the question.
When doing MIG steel, usually around 25CFH and up to 30CFH for Aluminum depending on the type of gun and nozzle you are using.
Have fun.
