  • Miller 225 NT fuel delivery problem

    New here need some help I use this machine every day and when it gets 2-1/2 gallons low on fuel it starves under welding load. fill it back up no problems does great ? Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

    Not really familiar with the machine, but it sounds like a typical in tank fuel pick up line problem. Either it has a hole in it part way down in the tank or has come apart part way down in the tank. In effect you have a short pick up fuel line in the tank. That is my guess from what you describe.

      The pickup tube acts the Same as a fountain drink straw when it cracks half way and u begin sucking up air. Pull out the hose and replace the section of tubing .
