Trying to run HF box on my trailblazer and going by the manual I think I have everything setup but am not getting hot enough to penitrate and start a good puddle. Before I start diagnosing problems at the HF box, I am wondering if anyone has a play by play setup with pics or a video of these two machines specifically.

Setup of HF 251d-1 on Trailblazer 302d
Well, that was helpful eh? I wouldn't know where to start. I have the same HF box and have never had an issue with it. Maybe try it on a different machine and see if works better? I'm interested to see if you get it worked out because I'm eyeballing the new trailblazers myself.

If it's not getting hot enough to start a puddle that's a function of the Trailblazer settings and not the HF-251D-1.
Is your hand or foot control good? If yes, even then the hand/foot control signal only passes thru the HF unit and does nothing to or in the HF unit itself to control weld output.MM200 w/spot controller and Spoolmatic 1

I don't know about anyone else but I can't tell anything conclusive about your setup from your photos.
Does everything work properly on the Trailblazer if you scratch start DC TIG?MM200 w/spot controller and Spoolmatic 1
