Yes it can.

Any spool gun will weld either gas or gasless FC or steel wire or anything else that fits a small spool. One thing to check for if used with lots of steel is the drive roller wear. I now have a steel set and a set just for aluminum because the steel just wears them quicker...Bob

No. Completely different control circuit than that required for the HH210.

Sure but I was going on the premise the OP was looking for something a bit simpler such as direct connect and not have to go hunt down a PSA-2 and sink more $$$ into a WC-24.

There's a number of spoolguns that could be hooked up to the HH210 if one wanted to throw enough extra equipment and $$$ at it.
