    Here are some basic questions:

Should I set it at CC or CV?

Should the spool Gun be hooked to the Positive or Negative Weld Output?

Do I use the 14 or 17 pin connector for the Spoolmatic?

What would be a general setting for the Amperage/Voltage aluminum?

Do I need to set the CC-Arc Force(DIG)/ CV-Inductive Dial, or leave it at zero?

I am using 100% Argon and cleaned the aluminum thoroughly with stainless steel brush. I am getting nothing that resembles a weld bead. Just pure splatter.

Any details or references would be appreciated.
    Cv voltage
    14 pin connector
Ground to - as labeled on machine
Spoolgun to + as labeled on machine
    Dig force to halfway.

Rest cant help you with as you did not state...what type of wire, what size of material, and type of alloy being used. However can give you these tips, aluminum must be pushed, speed must increase as weld pool is formed,
