I have a Tweco TC900 that's been more or less out of regular service for 15 years and doesn't pump. Spits really from the return hose as though it's drawing air. The float is stuck, but I can tell there's coolant by dropping a dowel into the float tank and into the main tank below. It looks like a unit that will unscrew separating the motor, radiator and pump from the tank but I hesitate in case there's an easier way. Can't seem to find detailed literature online. Anyone with a clue?
