Have a 1995 TB I just bought, when I start it, it goes to max r.p.m.s and will
not go to idle. Everything is clean and the machine looks new only has 300 or
so hrs. Can anyone help me please

Check the idle solenoid on the governor sounds like its stuck or missing some linkage.
