I got a Miller XMT-350 S/N LJ

When I turn the power switch on the machine it just clicks from the PC-2 board no display lights on the front panel. I have replaced the PC-2 board with Mod 1 & Mod 2 and PC-1 Anyone have this problem All of my pre power checks are good. The capacitors only charge up to 345 Volts
