Someone had a jumper link question but I lost it. Anyway...it was regarding the purpose of 200/230/460 and the importance.

You should know your primary supply voltage. The jumper is to link the transformer to the respective input voltage tap. If you have the machine linked for 200 and you apply 230, you could possibly damage the unit. If you do not know your input voltage, have it measured. The jumper setting can be +/- 10%. So if you have 220v, use the 230 jumper setting.
