I have an older syncrowave 250 that I recently purchased. It doesn't turn on. I know the on/off switch is bad, it was bypassed and turned on welded for a couple seconds and turned off again. So I took the circuit board off and found a blown resistor. It's resistor (R2) don't know what function it does. Read some diagrams and says it's arc control. I need to find what are the values of the resistor so I can replace it. Could this resistor keep the machine from turning on?Serial no is: Kh483382
