Miller customer service

No doubt about it. As a salesman at a LWS, I have to call manufacturer's customer service departments several times per day. Miller is HANDS DOWN top notch. That said, thier distributor support system is also second to none. That all trickles down to a great end-user experience.

Same here. You know they must get sick of answering the same n00b questions from idiots like me day after day, but they've never been anything but patient and helpful when I've called them.

Another +1. I'm not in the business but have had several occasions to call Miller with questions; every single occasion was friendly, competent, and quick response. Agree their stuff is expensive, but I've learned over many years that things that are cheap are usually not inexpensive in the long run. I really appreciate H80N's tag lines at the end of his posts to that effect. Quality is worth it!

The BEST equipment coupled with the BEST support..
