I work in a large production welding department with 3 shifts of manual robotic welding. We have a problem with welders adjusting the regulators to insane flow rates (maxed out at times) despite explaining numerous times that the "some is good so more is better" mentality doesn't apply. Are there any locking regulators on the market or is my only option one of these:http://www.netwelding.com/Flow_Rate_Limiter.htm Even with this installed they will have about 15 SCFH of adjustment. You will find regs like this locking one with a removable key and recessed adjuster..
