Problem with 2050 Plasma

I own a spectrum 2050 plasma cutter. never had any problems. Now when i pull trigger, air comes, pilot starts, it blows a hole and I barely move it, the cut comes on and off, on and off, blowing holes instead of cutting. change ALL parts at gun tip, good filtered air, steady ac. Machine has no trouble lights, and does not cut off and on. Seems like problem might be in lead or gun. Anybody know how i can check this out? Ground is good and attached close.

I own two of these machines and have had both guns to have a wire break about 12 or more inside housing. Now keep a third gun for spare. This could be your problem. Use an ohm meter to check each wire while flexing the complete gun.
