The year part is easy, numbered like that tells me that the first 2 are the year, and the rest fit in with Millers code, so somewhere between July and December. It also tells me that it's a old 4 or 5G trailblazer. Further digging would tell me which one

Where are you finding this info at. If you don't mind me asking? And does it say anything about the amps?

I've seen that machine before, unsure, but I think it either is, or made for running a stud welder. Never the less, it's late 60's to mid 70's. Unsure without a serial #

Serial number is likely stamped into the front panel...
maybe starting with "JA"... or "KA"..... and a string of numbers...
