Serial number is likely stamped into the front panel...
maybe starting with "JA"... or "KA"..... and a string of numbers...

The year part is easy, numbered like that tells me that the first 2 are the year, and the rest fit in with Millers code, so somewhere between July and December. It also tells me that it's a old 4 or 5G trailblazer. Further digging would tell me which one
