Problems with BR Welding Supply

Anyone ever have any trouble with these guys? BR Welding Supply/ O2xygen Supply Company

Just received an order which was short in quantity. Was very difficult dealing with customer service. Ordered two packages of collets which are advertised as coming two per package. They sent one, thinking I only wanted two collets. Just got me fired up because I had to fight with someone over the phone about something so small.

I've purchased a few things from them. Never had a problem with being shorted or otherwise, so, I can't really speak to dealing with them when there is a problem.

ordered a couple of times from them. small items. got what i ordered so i never dealt with anybody.
