Has anyone had their 211 circuit board fry on them? My welder is only about 4 months old and have maybe used it 5 times. Thank God for warranty but this shouldn't happen to a 1500 machine!!

In the electronics world, this would be considered infant mortality. Electronic failures typically have a bathtub curve, so high at first, then low, and then, after many months or years, the failure rate starts to increase.
If it happens again, that would suggest power problems in your shop. But I bet that the new board will run happily.
