    Auto Darkening Helmet

I hope they last longer than my Miller Elites and my Digital Elites did. The first one I bought was the Joker Elite it lasted just longer than the warranty. So like a loyal Miller customer I bought another Joker Elite I think the joke was on me because it also failed just past the warranty date. Still being a diehard Miller fan I bought a Digital Elite it eleat batteries for lunch it did work until the warranty ran out.

Now I have so many Miller Elite shields, lens retainers, lens covers, headgear, nylon carry bags, and dead digital lenses I can change from a Joker to Mechanic and come back in Black.

So I bought a new Digital Elite in black with the quick change lens cover I don't have that option yet. Hopefully it will last all 3 years of warranty and I won't have to fall back on my Hobart pawnshop model I bought many moons ago. I've never changed a battery in it and it works everytime I strike an arc.

.the fit is perfect the rubber gasket hugs the face well. No light comes thru the sides.

These Goggles work well in places where room is tight.

I've been doing pipe at a jobsite and my only complaint would be the sand sticking to the rubber gasket trim on a hot day.

So far I think this was a great buy .

I used them more than my other miller helmet.
    What model is this..??..

I did sweat but it wasn't uncomfortable. Theres more +s than negatives especially when its a tight spot it really worth the purchase

The hood that comes with it - Do you get hot wearing it on warm days ?

    Great Feedback!

Thanks for posting this information! I can hardly wait to get mine! I will be doing some close quarter welding where my regular hood will be in the way (as it often does get in the way) and I believe this will be a perfect solution. Does the mask breathe well? I think it will be great in the winter. Does it come with a storage bag of anykind? I can hardly wait to walk in the house with it on and watch my dogs go ape ****! LOL
