I think most people with out extensive welding knowledge just think there was one "dialarc 250", one "synchrowave 250", etc. they have no idea there are different versions of the same machine, with many updates and changes over the years.

yeah, here we go again with no serial#. Lottsa diagrams. Jammed Cr2 relay would be my guess, without much info

I have a problem with the gas flowing constantly. Here is what happens, turn on bottle and gas is flowing, I hit the pedal and the post flow timer times out and the gas shuts of then 10 seconds later the gas starts to flow again. Any help would be great.
