Miller 211 auto set machine issue

I just got the 220 wired in to my shop. The machine works fine on 110. Power is to the receptacle but does not work on 220. Do I have to switch anything inside to get the 220 to work or is my issue the adapter plug?????? Any one have suggestions?

Nothing to switch but the plug...

Check the "legs." if it wasn't wired in the correct configuration your machine won't start. Don't ask me how I know...;-)
Also, you did change the plug on the cord right? (Have to ask.)
