I don't know why but all of a sudden deals jump on me like we're friends or something. A bud just offered me a Syncrowave 350 for a grand.
There is a hiccup of course, it's not welding at this time.
He said he had been welding with it daily until one morning while getting after it lost its arc. The way he described it the arc was like what you get when you're on ac tig and like a dummy you didn't hook up the ground.
If this can be an economical fix then I will do it. I know it's old but it is cute as a bug in a rug and I think we could have some fun together.
