I have a miller blue star 2e welder. it is not working properly, the gas engine runs fine, but will not idle up when I try to strike an arc. If I idle the engine up by hand the welder works. I thought it might be the maginet throttle up was bad, I replaced it, but it still doesn't work. I pulled the covers of the welder and chercked the circuit board, which seams to be ok. Does anyone know what might be wrong.
