252 display problem

I bought A new 252 about 3 weeks ago have used it about 3 hours maximum display went out then flicker and went out. Turn off unit turned back on still no display wiggled amp know came on for a bit then back off, welds poor when display is off ,of course no control. Any Ideas or headed for warranty?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your welder. If the input power is solid then it sounds like there is either a cold solder joint on the interface board or a poor connection to it. If you can get it to your local service center we'll get it taken care of for you.
