    Hi Everyone,
    Just wondering if you had advice for setting on my 250DX regarding the 4 buttons on left of machine, the 1st on is obvious tig or stick and ccan you help me from there......

    Could you post the serial number so that we can make sure that we are looking at the same front panel..??

    You want to TIG..?? steel or aluminum?? how thick..??

      H it's a 2006 model with 4 buttons on left and 2 led readings in the middle and I have an good base for thicker is higher amperage.But kinda looking for an base idea for my settings on these buttons....most of welding is alu. but no problem for steel and s/s either.


      The serial # starts with LG can't recall numbers but it's a 2006 model with intergraded cooler....

        looks like this is probably the right manual..



        think what you are looking at are the pulser settings...

        the manual has pretty decent examples of settings,,,

        also if you have not already done so ... you might download the TIG guidelines booklet... it will take a lot of the mystery out of it..
