Dead miller 135

i have a miller 135 that when turned on the fan comes on. when you pull the trigger the solenoid activates but the motor that turns the wire wheel does not activate. I traced the wires from the motor to the board. i am looking for what the voltage is for the motor so i could hot wire it to see if i have a motor problem or a board problem. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Depending on the age of the unit the motor voltage runs between 1 volt DC and 25 volts DC. A 12 volt DC supply will run the motor just fine for testing purposes and is usually pretty easy to come up with.
