Hey all,
I have an older (non autoset) Miller 212 and was getting a blinking over temp welding while some 1/4 inch plate. As I understand it, a *blinking* overtemp light actually means overcurrent in the drive motor. I may have been getting this a few times before I noticed what was going on. I adjusted the roller pressure and spool tension and now I'm not getting an overtemp light, but I'm getting an extremely weak arc at any voltage setting. Did this sound like I burned the board out or something else? Any ideas what might be going on here and the fix? Thanks!
