depending on how severely bent... they might be straightened or the connector may need to be replaced....

not sure where you are trying to plug in your 14pin.... because the MM250 does not have one....
again... serial number would be most helpful....

Might be that somebody adapted a Lincoln 14pin to the welder...so that they could run an LN25..??
I seem to remember that they are "Clocked" in a different position so that the shell and insert are not placed the same... so not interchangeable.. but that would have to be checked and confirmed..
This is just a wild conjecture..
