Hlp 10 means your remote control is activated before you started the machine, so a remote issue.

I was tig welding light metal. I stopped and restarted and got a HLP display on the volt screen and a -10 on the amp screen. Manual says malfunction in the thermo protection circuitry of the cooler. Any idea how to fix the problem.
