Why all the duplicate threads?

I think it seems like a double post, because when viewed on a phone or tablet all posts made in all forums are displayed. People post in general discussions and a duplicate in motor sports discussions, but then they both show up appearing as duplicates. There could be another problem though.

Approved Posts

So it seems that when someone new registers for the forum and posts the first time the moderator needs to approve the post. If a moderator is approving the post why does there always end up being two identical posts from the new user?Can't the moderator fix that when they are approving the new users first post?
