Millermatic 211 and gas connection

Hi,

I bought a second hand Millermatic 211 last week. Everything is in good shape, except for the gas connection ...

At the rear end of the welder, there is a brass fitting to connect the gas hose ... But the hose fitting is broken ... I have an "NPT" standard hose connection, but it seems that the fitting on the machine is not an "NPT" thread ...

In the "parts manual" found over Internet, there is no mention about these brass fitting ...

I need help on this ...

The inert gas fittings for welders are a 5/8-18, "B" Size right hand fitting

but it sounds like you may need the female at the welder end..

it looks like that fitting may be part of the gas valve on that machine..
