Putting a cooler on my Miller Synrowave 250DX what else do I need?

Well I got a deal on a coolmate 3 and I need to figure out what else I need to have this cooler hooked up. It holds 3 gallons, so do I need 3 gallons of coolant or 1 and mix water with it? Here is what I bought, what else do I need?

1 Gallon Coolant
Coolmate 3
Weldcraft Torch Kit, W-250, 25 feet

So what else do I need? Would be nice if I had part numbers also....
