    No fault... No Foul...

Heck…. There are so many different gas blends marketed under dozens of tradenames…
About impossible to figure them out without a cross reference…

    Actually.....

if you check this gas cross reference under

ARGON / CARBON DIOXIDE / OXYGEN BLENDS

We will find STARGON listed as 90/8/2

Depends on if its a SS or CS blend, with that mixture it sounds like a SS blend, so Argon,CO2, Nitrogen and oxygen, 100% stainless steel.

    Stargon???

Are you short arc welding or spray welding?

Believe your stargon is mainly for spray welding.

Someone in the know should be able to help you out.

    Stargon???

    Hello All,

I'm using Stargon (90/8/2) for the first time and it just keeps farting and spurting on me every now and then.

When I use Argon (75/25) I weld just fine.

    Any and all help please...

    Thank you
Working...
