How to set welder for stick welding--dialac HF

I have a black face Dialarc HF. When I bought it > It was set up for aluminum. Just wondering how to set it for stick welding?

Lets see....go to resourse tab on millers website, use your serial number, look up manual, read manual, learn something, use that new knowledge to set up machine.....

Kind of a lot to type so I'd just read up - ask if you see something you don't understand though
