Okay, I'm pretty sure I found the problem, I have power going into the switch, when I was fumbling with the tester on the output side of the switch the machine popped on and as long as I kept side pressure on the wire the machine powered up and allowed me to change settings, it does not feel like a loose wire but more like a bad connection inside the switch.

I just went and plugged it into a third plug and made sure the 2 circuit breakers on the back arent popped and they were not, Im going to take the cover off and verify power in and out of the switch.

Yes, I checked the breaker in the panel which was fine and then I tried a different plug.

If there is no display then likely a wall breaker issue, did you check them?
