    Is 90 amp overcurrent protection (breaker) with#4 thhn sufficient for a syncrowave 250dx?

    Single or three phase?

    On the back of the welder is a table, usually a black label, that tells you the amps at a given voltage.

      probably a little light on the breaker depending on the input voltage you have it strapped for.....

      take a look at section

      3-19. Electrical Service Guide

      BTW... the Syncrowave is a Single Phase ONLY machine..
