Hi I recently purchased a big blue 300p in rough shape. It says hlp 22 as soon as I start it and hlp 22 even with key turned on and not running. F1 fuse is good but it has no AC or DC output . Please help Thanks Dan

Well no, unsure if this unit has the 2 boards or just the one. If both then just replace them, machine will fire up. Set the RPM, via frequency at around the 61.6-61.8, and its a happy machine again. Its only money and not worth anything not working.

Help with big blue 300p no output hlp 22
OK ill take your word for it . Im going to order both the main module board and voltage regulator board which are around $1200 a pair. I wish there was a way to test them or find out which one of the two was bad. The machine is in real rough shape . It came from the steel mills and is beat up. If the boards are not the fix then what can I try?? I repair lots of generators but not welders. I bought this for $900 with the intension of having it around the shop. Thanks for your help
