Miller Legend Circuit Board

I have a Miller Legend 301G that runs good but is not generating any AC power to the plug-ins and the welder will not generate an arc. My technition thinks it is a power Circuit Board that got "fried". He said this comes from Jump-starting the battery or a close lightning strike. He wants to start with board #212705 but is not sure if that is the bad board. Any insight as to if this is the right way to proceed?
