  • 44D replacement starter motor

Having a hard time finding the correct OEM part number for a replacement starter motor. I recently purchased a government 44D Trailblazer trailer mounted, (s/n JJ409052). Only problem was it did not have the starter motor in it. Powered by a Continental TMD 27 motor. So far the Delco p/n I have found is 10461487. Came across a miller p/n 114-773 in an old manual. Purchased one on EBay but it did not fit properly.Came across a miller p/n 114-773 in an old manual. Can anyone give me an original mfg. and or part number for a starter motor

Not a Miller part, so you'll have to go under the engine serial & code#

The contiental tmd27 are a junk engine. They are known for throwing rods through blocks. Have u turned over the engine by hand...(i normally use a bar and the teeth on the flywheel) to confirm the engine is free. Fyi the case 1835b and c skid loader used this engine. Also that engine is a very valueable to someone who needs it. It is very hard to get parts for and is of weird dimesions so repowering can be difficult. If you need a starter count the teeth on the flywheel as this will be needed.
