Hello, I'm new to the forum and looking for a little help. I bought a thermal arc tw pulser about 5 yrs ago. when i picked it up the kid grabs the pulser off the welder and walks way while its still connected. I took it anyway. when i got home i found he had pulled the wires from the 8 pin connector off, inside the unit. I've searched the web, called thermal dynamics, hobart...ect. no wiring diagram. If anyone owns one, i am willing to pay if you can tell me the colors and what order they are in. it's the connector is inside the tw pulser flat 8 pin, other end plugs to the remote on the welder.please let me know, thank you

Weldercollector, you have a TW PULSER , I have an AM Pulser. Your description mentioned an 8 pin connector but no pic shown of it. My pic shows a 19pin connector. H80N Senior Member had asked if you which one of the machines he posted a link to is the welder machine that you have. You havent identified which one your TW Pulser was connected to. If you post some clear pics of the welding machine that it was connected to then we csn determine if it is a TIG or MIG welder. I believe what the AM pulser is for a MIG unit based on Thermal Arc use of the 19pin connector in the back cover. I dont have the pendant so I cant confirm and I dont have the welder as I bought the pulser from a loans store used, to see if i could adapt it to an earlier LT300/400 series DC tig inverter as a project Post the clear pics

thanks for your reply and i'm sorry my work has been keeping busy till late in the eve. I have a 19 pin connector on the back like yours, but I also have a cable with a 10 pin connector on one end and the other end goes inside the unit with a flat 8 pin connector, the 8 pin connector plugs into the board that the 19 pin connector is mounted to. my problem is 6 of the 8 wires have been pulled out of the 8 pin connector, they are color coded but i have no idea what order the go back in. I think its six screws that holds the cover on.SAVE
