Wire feed problems

I have a miller matic 135 that will only feed wire at high speed I replaced the Q1 transistor and the speed pot reads 50oms when it is set at 0 and slowly goes down to 0 when turned up can anyone help

Did you disconnect the wires from the pot before measuring? If not you would get bad readings like that.

I think thats 50K ohms, never the less, likely a charge cap issue, unsure why your replacing parts willy nilly. Send the board out for over haul.
