I am looking to purchase a Millermatic 200. One that is functional and is clean of rusting issues. I realize the age of the machines and understand there will be some wear and tear.

Not sure what you are asking, Millerwelds does not sell used machines, Maybe Craigslist, ebay, or classifieds, as well as, even if someone had one, no one knows where you live.

The MM200 is a great old machine... they built a zillion of them between 1978 and 1992... you will find one if you keep on looking..
Here is the serial number chart to let you know when the ones you may be looking at were built..
and the manual list by serial number..
Auctions are a pretty good place to find good used equip...
you might try AUCTIONZIP in your area..
