Oops I Broke It..

So I work with an older syncrowave at work and today I had to stretch the power cord as far as I could. Ended up breaking the outlet in the process. The outlet is stamped 60A/250V and is for a 3 phase machine. It had been rigged to run this one phase machine. What outlet and plug do I need to get to continue working? Keep in mind I'm not much of an electrician, and couldn't tell you what kind of power input it has or needs.
