Millermatic 350P Flip-Chart

Apparently the MM350P comes with a settings flip-chart in the front panel. I did not get one with my 350P and they are over $40

Does anyone have pictures of this chart and what is included?

Anything on them that is not in the OM?

If I recall correctly, the charts in the owners manual are the same as the machine flip chart.
