Andy--Why does my mm210 w/spoolgun use different contact tips and nozzles from the mig gun to the spoolgun?

I also have a MM210 and have wondered about the differenc in tips for the two units. My real problem arose when I went to my supplier and picked up some .035 wire for the 3035 and ordered some .045 tips, they don't show them available for the 3035. Now I'm trying to use .035 tips with .035 wire, I was always told to use an oversized tip for AL. so now I'm using an OA tip reamer trying to make the .035 tips "bigger". Hellooooo Miller is this for real or is my supplier not looking in the right computor file???
